About Edibles Rex Catering
Established in 1994 by Tammy Tedesco, Edibles Rex Catering burgeoned from a small restaurant she opened in 1992 called the Silver Spoon Carry-out Café in Grosse Pointe Woods, Michigan.
After building a superb reputation for her quality carry-out meals and a personal commitment to developing a loyal/growing customer base, Tammy cultivated and expanded her quaint carry-out/catering café into the current, highly successful, complete service operation which she proudly named, Edibles Rex Catering.
I am pleased to write this letter of recommendation on behalf of Edibles Rex. We have been overly pleased with the food and services that Edibles Rex has provided for our major events over the past year. Our events, which ranged from 100 to over 250 guests, were outside tented events as well as inside our office facility. They made it a point to look at the space before the date of the events, in order to coordinate the best productivity for their staff. The food was unusually delicious and the staff worked to make sure everything was always replenished and the presentation was constantly kept neat and tidy. We have had multiple vendors in the past cater our events, and Edibles Rex has by far surpassed the taste as well as service in comparison. The team at Edibles Rex is easy to work with and made sure we were happy with our events and was always available for any additions or changes we had to make surrounding the events.
